Avvocato Area Corporate – (Milan)

Giambrone Law ILP is an award-winning Italian law firm with offices in Milan, Rome, Palermo and overseas offices in London, New York and Tunis.

Our clients are split almost equally between businesses, corporations and private individuals. The firm uses its eight divisions to form a full service Italian law firm with a wide range of expertise that compliments, and actively contributes to each division. We are acutely aware that our Italian lawyers are our greatest asset and we go to great lengths to ensure that we recruit experienced lawyers in Italy who are not only technically capable but also commercially astute.

We are seeking to attract an entrepreneurial Italian lawyer who can bring his/her own clients and assist in driving the success of our Corporate Practice in Milan further. You should have experience of handling a mixed caseload of both commercial and corporate files and be able to work under minimum supervision. Ideally, you should either be capable of bringing g a following with you or relish the opportunity of building an international client base.

Excellent knowledge of English is fundamental as the majority of work will be undertaken to assist international corporate and commercial clients with business interests in Northern Italy.

Litigation Solicitor (Rome)

Giambrone Law ILP, a leading international law firm, has recently decided to expand its operation by opening a new office in Rome. We are seeking to attract an entrepreneurial professional who can bring his/her own clients and further assist in driving the success of this practice further.

The Litigation team mainly deals with major contentious work, notably civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, family and employment disputes. As a result of our expansion, an additional Associate is now required to support the team, so we are looking to recruit an experienced Litigation Solicitor, qualified in England and Wales and willing to relocate to Rome

You should have experience of handling a mixed caseload of both commercial and civil litigation files and be able to work under minimum supervision. Ideally, you should either be capable of bringing a following with you or relish the opportunity of building an international client base.

Knowledge of Italian is preferable but not required as the majority of work will be undertaken to assist international clients on all matters of English law including family and employment disputes in England, in conjunction with local Counsel.

Italian Lawyer (Tunis)

Giambrone Law ILP, a leading international law firm, has recently expanded its operation by opening a new office in Tunis. We are looking to recruit Italian qualified associate lawyers interested in International and Cross-border law practice with a work experience of one year and above to join our new practice in Tunisia.

The ideal candidate will be an Italian qualified lawyer ("avvocato") with excellent knowledge of both written and spoken French. A good knowledge of the English language is also required and Arabic-language ability is useful, but not essential.

You should have experience of handling a mixed caseload of both commercial and private client files and be able to work under minimum supervision. Ideally, you should relish the opportunity of building an international client base by advising Tunisian individuals and companies on all matters of Italian law and acting as main point of contact for Italian clients with private or business interests in Tunisia.
