Giambrone, a leading Italian law firm, announces the opening of a new office in Milan, Italy with the lateral hire of three Italian lawyers to expand its presence in the north of Italy. Giambrone has operated in Milan since 2010 with a representative office.

Milan is the principal financial and commercial centre of Italy, making Giambrone’s presence in Milan paramount to our multinational clients doing cross-border business in Europe and Asia. These clients include many of the world’s leading financial institutions, commercial enterprises, private equity funds and public companies.

All lawyers in Giambrone’s Italian offices have worked and studied abroad, many at prestigious universities and are fluent in English, French and German and are qualified to practice in Italy, England and Wales, Spain, Germany, Brazil, New Zealand, Russia and the United States.
