Tiziana Baiamonte graduated from the University of Palermo in 2000 and began her practice in 2010 at one of the leading architectural firms in Sicily. She also holds a post-graduate degree in Administration and Management of Real Estate Assets from the University of Palermo (2007-08).

After joining the Architectural & Interior Designer Department at Giambrone Law , Tiziana has been personally involved with over 20 completed projects to date including houses, artist and photographers studios, offices, apartments and hotels.

Her experience includes every aspect of design. Tiziana has handled projects for the financial world including banks, underwriters and insurance companies. She has also been involved in a team of Italian architects who have designed sports facilities, restaurants, bars and retail units.

She has experience in working for domestic & international clients as well as property developers.


Current Projects [2011]

- Tiziana is advising Sanfratello Costruzioni s.r.l., a Sicilian Property Developer, in respect of the planning and construction of a tourist residential development of 92 luxury apartments in a 5* Resort in Terrasini, North West Sicily, which includes 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments arranged on either side of a central courtyard, with double swimming pool and additional leisure facilities. To be submitted for Planning Permission October 2011.

- Tiziana has been instructed by Viable Real Estate, a UK based Property Developer, in respect of a major mixed use development in Sicily, on the fringes of Palermo.
