Alessandra is Head of the Private Client and Wealth Management division. She is recognized as one of the leading practitioners in Italy in the fields of inheritance issues, tax, wills and trust law and she is often cited as an expert in these fields.

Being fluent in Italian and English, Alessandra frequently advises foreign clients and overseas solicitors/attorneys in relation to inheritance rights under Italian law, whether under an existing Italian Testament, a foreign Will or under the rules of intestacy.  She manages a caseload of complex probate work, which includes handling the estates of a number of high-profile and high net worth individuals with movable and immovable assets in Italy.  Alessandra's cases often involve difficult contentious issues or foreign individuals leaving assets in multiple jurisdictions.

Alessandra is frequently appointed and normally acts as executor in the administration of Italian Wills and routinely advises beneficiaries, trustees and executors on all aspects of Italian inheritance laws, especially in the event of contested probates.

Alessandra often acts on behalf of foreign clients in a number of complex and long-running cases in the Italian County Courts of First Instance, in the Court of Appeal and at the Supreme Court, including cases concerning disputes over wills, division of inheritance, foreign trusts with Italian interests and between trustees.

Alessandra also advises on Italian and cross-border matrimonial matters including child proceedings and international abductions. She gives a high level of individual service to her clients and is consequently much recommended.
