Valentina Giarrusso has an LLM in International Commercial Law. She has extensive experience in Italian Corporate Law with particular emphasis in Corporate Governance issues including directors¹ liability and representation of majority/minority shareholder in Board of Directors¹
meetings as well as in the context of OGN/EGM. She is an expert in drafting and negotiating Corporate Documents and Shareholders¹ Agreements. She has an extensive experience also in the drafting and negotiating of a range of Commercial Contracts. She has been appointed as Liquidator of several companies.

She is a Member of the International Bar Association, Member of the Congress of Fellows of Center for International Legal Studies and author of several articles published on the Comparative Law Yearbook of International Business by Kluwer Law International. She often serves as speaker/moderator in International Conferences about Corporate Governance all around the world.

Her recent work includes advising:
Italian PMI in joint venture agreements as well as in the process of relocation abroad.
Italian branches or subsidiaries of multinational.
Private Funds.
