Giambrone Law ILP expands its operations in North Africa



Investment in Tunis is Giambrone Law’s first major expansion outside of Europe.

ROME, ITALY, 11 April 2012: Earlier this year Giambrone Law ILP opened its first office in the city of Tunis. Located opposite the Italian Embassy, the office is representative of the firm’s goal to invest in emerging markets. Headed by Avv. Giorgio Bianco, the Tunis office is equipped with high-quality, experienced staff able to provide legal advice on a variety of matters.

The mission statement of Giambrone Law ILP’s new venture in Tunis is to focus on servicing Tunisians and Italians alike who are in need of legal advice on matters concerning Tunisian and/or Italian law. Working in conjunction with the established base in Palermo, the lawyers of Giambrone ILP will be able to assist Tunisians who are interested in obtaining a visa for Italy or who need commercial legal assistance in increasing their business presence in both Italy and the EU.

Having a base in the most prominent area of Tunis, gives the firm the ideal opportunity to to provide assistance to Italians who require help in either private legal affairs involving Tunisian law or any Italian companies wanting to expand their own presence in Tunis. Meanwhile, Italians who have relocated to Tunisia will be afforded the comfort of access to an Italian law firm locally. The clients will be also able to choose the language with which they feel most comfortable conducting business in, as our staff at the Tunis office are able to speak Italian, English, French and Arabic.
