Financial Services Team Administrator

Giambrone, the international law firm, is seeking a Team Administrator to join their Financial Services team in London, on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Team Administrator's role will be to provide effective and high quality administrative support for a busy and dynamic team. Main responsibilities will include supporting the team with administrative and secretarial tasks, preparing key legal documents and correspondence, providing project and matter support, and assisting the fee earners with extensive diary management.

The Financial Services Administrator role will be suitable to someone who has a background as an administrator within the financial services industry, either working for an IFA or a mid tier law firm. You will have attention to detail, customer services and excellent communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to develop an administrative career within a law firm. 

We process a large number of new business cases each week, and therefore you must be have good understanding of remuneration structures e.g. fees and commissions. You will also be computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office, have a good working knowledge of Excel software and some experience of using Case Management systems would be an advantage

Ideal candidates will have a client service orientated approach, with a proven understanding of team work and excellent problem solving skills. Strong organisation, time management and good relationship building skills are key. 

Ideally candidates will be CILEx level 3 qualified with good typing skills.
