A full-time EA is required to provide an efficient, client-focused and professional administrative support to the Managing Partner, managing all aspects of his commercial life as well as assisting the Practice Director with running the offices within the Giambrone group,

A really challenging, exciting role, most suited to a proactive and highly skilled legal PA with proven organisational ability and excellent people skills. Duties will include extensive client contact and dealing with lawyers, accountants and bankers, analysing all incoming emails and prioritising, actioning and responding to all communications.

Discretion and confidentiality are an absolute must.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and maintain the Managing Partner’s diary and email accounts; Minimum 50 wpm typing and audio typing.
  • Acts as a first point of contact and gatekeeper for fee earners, fielding and screening communications to maximise efficiency whilst providing exceptional client service
  • Extensive diary management using own initiative to make reasoned decisions including proactively coordinating and arranging meetings ensuring the Managing Partner will have all the necessary documentation and details required ahead of meetings. Ensure the Managing Partner is fully briefed on, or prepared for, any engagements and meetings he is involved in - this involves a significant amount of research
  • Arranging travel, and organising meetings for the Managing Partner and wider team;
  • Minute taking and distribution of minutes for key meetings and attending client meetings and events off site as and when needed;
  • Preparing draft letters and emails, creating agendas for meetings and proof reading and responding to correspondence;
  • Research and proof reading and undertaking client related work. Support the wider team in the day-to-day management and delivery of client services;
  • Undertaking research and supporting new business development, including pitch materials and proposals;
  • Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence;
  • Assisting the Managing Partner in preparation of board papers and taking minutes at board meetings;
  • Represent the Managing Partner and the firm when required at external events and meetings;
  • Processing expenses and other personal and ad hoc duties as required by the Managing Partner.
  • Producing high level of PowerPoint presentations with excellent knowledge of Microsoft software - including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

We are looking for someone with a strong background as a legal PA used to working at senior level within a law firm.

A vibrant and positive attitude to work is absolutely essential. You must have experience as a legal PA in any area of commercial legal work as well as exceptional communication, client and organisational skills.
