Giambrone Global Staff Conference in London Thursday 8 to Saturday10 December 2016

Giambrone hosted its most successful staff conference bringing together its entire staff from all of its offices starting on Thursday 8 December at 5 St. Andrew’s Holborn in the19^th century Court Room overlooking the largest Wren church in London.  The conference commenced with an outline of the future plans for the ambitious expansion of the firm, followed by an awards ceremony recognising the talents and dedication of the members of staff.  This was the first occasion that many of the people in the various teams had actually met the individuals that they work with and speak to on a daily basis.  

Brendan Dine, head of client services, said “...it was a pleasure to see all the staff from all the offices in different countries getting to know one another better...”

The staff conference concluded in the late afternoon and was followed by the inaugural Winter Drinks Party on board the Pride of London.  The Giambrone staff played host to a large contingent of clients, and other professional service providers that work in close association with Giambrone to provide a rounded service for our clients. The evening was a great success. 

The partners’ conference took place the following day at 200 Aldersgate where the progress so far and the future focus of the firm was discussed at length.  Newly appointed young partners were introduced and the exciting short and long term vision for the future of the firm was unveiled.

Additionally, Giambrone plans to make strategic lateral hires in the early part of 2017 to augment the most active practice areas and enhance level of expertise matching that of the top ticket law firms based in London, Milan and Barcelona.

The final event of the three day experience was a staff Christmas party which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
