Nicoletta Neglia

Nicoletta Neglia is a Senior Associate Lawyer working in the Litigation Department at the Palermo office.

Nicoletta graduated with honours at the Faculty of Law of Palermo and also attended postgraduate courses in Family law. Nicoletta's legal experience ranges from employment law, family law, previdential law to contract disputes, International and cross-border disputes.

Nicoletta usually attends Italian Courts of First Instance and Appellate Courts as well as Family Courts. Nicoletta's expertise contributed to Giambrone securing the ACQ Legal Award for "Litigation Law Firm of the Year 2013".

Nicoletta is bilingual in both English and Italian and a keen legal writer and commentator in the Italian media.
