Giambrone has been instructed in a matter involving two employees working in the same organisation who were both dismissed for whistleblowing. Our clients held senior positions in the organisation when issues came to their attention that they both considered were a concern. They raised concerns, pointing out that the situation needed to be urgently addressed. The concerns were not acted upon and they continued to highlight the breaches which resulted in both employees being dismissed.
