Anca Nita is a Trainee Lawyer at the Giambrone & Partners' Lyon office.
Born in Romania, she grew up in Italy, where she graduated in Law in 2021 with a thesis in International Law from the University of Turin.
During her studies she attended a MUN edition in New York as a representative of Australia in the General Assembly’s 1st Committee on Disarmament and International security. She also deepened her knowledge of International Law by attending a Human Rights and Migration Law legal clinic, promoted by the IUC in Turin and the “Engaging conflict: prevention, management and resolution” summer school, promoted by T.wai.
She has already collaborated in the International and Immigration law field with different associations and ONGs based in Turin and in Lisbon. Currently she is also pursuing a masters degree (M2) in Public law and Human Rights and an University degree in Immigration Law at the University of Lyon2.
