Alessandro Vio

Alessandro Vio, after obtaining a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Parma, went on to complete a second-level Master’s degree in “Corporate Lawyers” at the University of Genoa.

 

Admitted to the Italian Bar since 2014, Alessandro has developed extensive expertise in civil law, specialising in corporate litigation (both contentious and non-contentious), banking law, and debt recovery on behalf of companies and private clients. Prior to joining Giambrone & Partners, he worked at a leading Milan-based boutique law firm and later as a Senior Associate in one of Italy’s major banking law firms.

 

Alessandro currently focuses on civil litigation across Italy within the Litigation & Dispute Resolution department. He is also a contract professor in Data Protection and Trademark Law within the Department of Marketing, Consumer Behaviour and Communication at IULM University in Milan. He also serves as a Councillor at the British Chamber of Commerce for Italy.

 

He is a native Italian speaker and fluent in English.
