Andrea Brancato
Trainee Lawyer
Andrea Brancato is a trainee solicitor at Giambrone & Partners' office in Lyon.
His practice focuses on corporate criminal law, with particular attention to whistleblowing regulations, as well as immigration law. He graduated from the International School of Brussels, where he completed the International Baccalaureate. He then obtained a Master's degree in Law from the University of La Sapienza in Rome, specialising in corporate criminal law.
His dissertation focused on the recent evolution of the whistleblowing system. After completing his studies, Andrea joined Giambrone & Partners in France.
He is fluent in Italian and English and is currently improving his French with the aim of achieving an advanced level.
