Beatrice Vitelli

Beatrice Vitelli graduated in Law from the University of Roma Tre in 2023. Her thesis entitled "The principle of ne bis in idem in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice" discussed European Union Law in depth.

During her academic career, she was an intern at the Italian Embassy in Buenos Aires, an experience which developed her knowledge of the Spanish language. Before joining Giambrone, Beatrice experienced an early practice period in a law firm as an undergraduate student, dealing with civil law and criminal law practices.

Vitelli is a practicing attorney in the Banking and Financial Litigation department at Giambrone's Rome office. A native Italian speaker, she is also proficient in English and Spanish.
