Daniele Caponetto

Daniele Caponetto is an Associate at the Corporate and Internationalisation Department of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of the Catania office.
He graduated in Law from the University of Catania in 2016 discussing a thesis on corporate law. During his studies, he spent a semester in Vilnius (Lithuania) as part of the Erasmus + programme, deepening his studies in comparative and international law. Afterwards, he took part in in-depth courses at the World Intellectual Property Organisation in Geneva, the University of Poznan and the University of Antwerp.
In 2019, Daniele attended the Master in Intellectual Property Law held by Just Legal Services. In the same year, he qualified as a lawyer.
He has previously worked with leading civil law firms providing assistance, also in extrajudicial settings, in civil and commercial matters, enforcement proceedings and compensation for damages in contractual and non-contractual tort. He has also provided in-house assistance as an IP Legal Specialist.
Daniele has been part of the Catania office of Studio Giambrone since 2022. In addition to Italian, he is fluent in English.
