Client Services Assistant
Debora Zerbo is a Client Services Executive at the London office.
Debora is one of the first points of contact for new enquiries to the firm. Her role is to establish and cultivate relationships with Giambrone’s clients, collaborating with Giambrone’s multiple internal departments to help improve the quality of the legal assistance provided.
Debora graduated in Chinese Languages and Translation at the University of Rome - La Sapienza (2013), subsequently completing two courses at the Beijing Foreign Studies University and at the Beijing Language and Culture University to further improve her already impressive Chinese proficiency.
Before joining Giambrone in late 2017, Debora worked as a Front Office Executive in Rome.
In her spare time, Debora likes drawing, travelling and has an eclectic interest in music.
Debora is fluent in Italian, English, Spanish and Chinese
The Client Service Team
The client service team is central to the firm's commitment to the better management of the client relationship.
Team members work alongside the Partners to ensure the firm's clients receive a tailored legal service to their own particular requirements and priorities. They conduct regular reviews of our service delivery agreements against agreed performance indicators and, by working with the clients directly, they can channel the feedback back into the business: continuing the development of best practices and developing deeper client relationships and service.
