Eleonora Camarda

Eleonora Camarda is an Associate Lawyer in the Palermo office of Giambrone & Partners.

Eleonora obtained a Master's degree in Law with a score of 109 from the University of Palermo. Her thesis in Criminal Law was entitled "The difficult determination of the borderline between possible willful misconduct and conscious negligence, with particular reference to the conduct of driving recklessly dangerous." Amongst her training experiences are a judicial internship pursuant to art. 73 Legislative Decree 69/2013 at the Court of Trapani, which allowed her to support a magistrate as monocratic judge and a side judge in the Court of Assizes. Participation included noting in hearings, reconstruction of procedural events and drafting of legal proceedings.

She continued her studying through attendance at a prestigious school of specialisation for the legal professions in Rome. Avvocato Camarda was admitted to the legal profession in October 2020.

Before joining Giambrone & Partners, Eleonora worked for a prestigious law firm in Palermo, where she carried out practices in civil law, litigation banking and inheritance law. In addition to her first language Italian, Eleonora is fluent in English.
