Resident Partner

Enrico is the resident partner in our office in Munich specialising in corporate and commercial contentious and non-contentious matters.  He is duly qualified in German and Italian law. Enrico manages complex high-value international merger and acquisition transactions, providing advice to listed public companies.  Enrico is in high demand as a keynote speaker; he addressed a conference at the Italian General Consulate in Hamburg on “Investments in Italy”, he also spoke at the Global Film Finance conference in Cannes on “Tax and Financial aspects of Film Financing in Italy”.  Enrico also lectures at the Polytechnic of Milan and is regularly published across Europe in a variety of business publications.

Enrico has in-depth knowledge of the oil and gas industry having been involved with a number of demanding multifaceted transactions involving several different jurisdictions.  He also has considerable experience within the film industry, providing more than just legal expertise but can project manage new ventures from scoping an enterprise to funding.
