Federica Parziale graduated from high school in Naples and, after finishing high school, moved to Milan to study at university.
In July 2021, she graduated from the Bocconi University of Milan with a thesis on Cybercrimes entitled "Crimes committed online". Specifically, she analysed all the figures of computer crimes 'in the strict sense' introduced in the Italian Criminal Code, also investigating the issues related to locus and tempus commissi delicti, ending with the analysis of child grooming, one of the computer crimes 'not properly said'.
During her studies, she completed two internships, one at the Juvenile Court of Milan, criminal section, where she had the opportunity to follow a magistrate in the performance of his duties as GIP and GUP. The second work experience took place after graduation, at a well-known Milanese law firm, where she had the opportunity to study and deepen the Privacy, Compliance, GDPR. In addition, she participated in numerous projects organised by university associations, including the "Keiron" tournament, a simulated criminal trial. She has obtained the ECDL full standard, DELE B2 and IELTS certifications. She is a native Italian speaker, speaks English, Spanish and knows Portuguese to a basic level.
