Giorgio Guarneri is an Associate at the Barcelona office.
Giorgio graduated in both Italian and Spanish Law from the LUMSA University of Palermo and the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria of Madrid respectively.
Giorgio is currently is licensed with the Barcelona Lawyers Association, coming from the Lawyers Association of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Canary Islands).
He has extensive experience with the wide range of visas available to foreign citizens wishing the relocate to Spain, including residency permits under different Spanish Immigration regulations.
Giorgio’s expertise also extends to aspects of Spanish Real Estate Law (Public Auction and Distressed Assets), as well as assisting with short-term Fixing and Flipping projects for investors, providing pragmatic advice which ensures that our clients transactions and best interests are comprehensively safeguarded.
He provides meticulous advice suited to each client’s particular circumstances, including the most beneficial relocation planning, or related to investments projects/acquisitions with the purpose of obtaining Spanish residency.
