Martina Carano is a trainee lawyer of Giambrone & Partners in Naples.
Martina graduated in Law in 2016, discussing a thesis in comparative public law entitled "Privacy and the fight against terrorism". Before that, Martina won a scholarship from the Université Paris V Descartes, Sorbonne, in Paris, where she studied various areas of law and improved her French.
Since 2016, Martina has been working in the field of criminal law. Before joining Giambrone & Partners, Martina worked in prestigious law firms in Rome and Naples where she assisted in significant White Collar Crime cases. During her practice, she engaged in the field of administrative liability crimes, Legislative Decree 231/2001, through drafting of Organisation, Management and Control Models for relevant Supervisory Bodies.
Her expertises are: crimes against property, crimes against individuals, environmental crimes, corporate crimes, and crimes against public administration.
Martina is fluent in Italian, French and has a good knowledge of English and Spanish.
