In October 2021, she obtained a master's degree in Law from the University of Palermo with honors and academic mention for her career. Her thesis was entitled 'Climate crisis and forced migration. For the recognition of climate refugee status''.
Martina has always cultivated an international approach to law, believing that one cannot have a full and mature understanding of legal systems without prior knowledge of the socio-political environment in which they operate. To this end, she obtained two Diplomas in International Politics at ISPI - Institute for International Political Studies, in 2019 and in 2021.
During her university career she enthusiastically took part in two Erasmus + programs in Spain, in 2018 and 2019. Through these programs, she acquired a full command of the Spanish language and had the opportunity to deal with a different system of law than the Italian one.
In addition, Martina carried out a curricular internship in 2019 at the CLEDU-Legal Clinic for Human Rights, where, in addition to deepening her knowledge of immigration law, she was able to improve her English by coming into contact mainly with a foreign clientele.
As a trainee lawyer, she has been part of the Giambrone & Partners Law Firm since November 2021
