Mariarita Simbolo

Mariarita Simbolo graduated Law in October 2022 from the Luiss Guido Carli University, with specialisation in Commercial Law and/or Business Law.

Her graduation thesis entitled "Alert mechanisms of probable insolvency, under Directive 2019/1023/EU and the new Corporate Crisis Code" dealt with the subject of National and European Commercial and Crisis Law.

During her studies, Mariarita had the opportunity to attend a Summer School in the Czech Republic, where she improved her English and discovered a new culture, as well as learning more about the history of Central Europe and its integration. Currently she works at the Rome office of the law firm Giambrone & Partners, as part of the Corporate and Commercial department.

Mariarita is a native Italian speaker and has an excellent knowledge of English.
