Naoufel Saied

Naoufel Saied is Of Counsel at G. Law's Tunis office Graduated in English Language and Literature from the École Normale Supérieure de Tunis, he later obtained a second degree in Law from the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Tunis.

An expert in various branches of Law, Mr Naoufel is competent in corporate and commercial law, tax law, labour law, international contracts, and company formation. He has been involved in various M&A transactions, having acquired extensive knowledge in cross-border corporate and commercial matters in various countries. Prior to working with G. Law, Naoufel took on a number of high-profile assignments including: Assistant Professor of Law at the Tunis Faculty of Law and Former Head of the Tax and Legal Department at KPMG Tunisia Naoufel's cross-cultural negotiation experience is invaluable as he regularly advises international clients on double taxation, restructuring and M&A.

He also advises on company incorporation and the regularisation of foreign workers. In addition to his native Arabic, Naoufel is fluent in English and French.
