Natascia Arcifa

Natascia Arcifa is an associate based in the Catania office. Natascia is highly qualified, graduating from the University of Catania and additionally gaining a Master’s in Privacy Law (Academy of the Italian Institute for Privacy and Data Enhancement) and an intensive course in Artificial Intelligence Policy Expertise (Centre for AI and Digital Policy). She has attended courses in Business Management and European Project Planning

 

She has extensive expertise in complex financial issues and debt recovery. Natascia has a wealth of experience in managing distressed debt, non-performing loans. She can assist clients in navigating the Guarantee on Securitization of Bank Non-Performing Loans introduced in 2016, As well as providing strategic solutions for debt recovery.

 

In addition, Natascia is experienced in assisting clients, both private and commercial, in buying real estate in Italy, with a particular focus on foreign nationals wishing to enter the Italian real estate market.

 

She can advise on data protection and privacy and is an expert in Technology Law.
