Soufiane Elgarroum, an Associate, specialises in public international law and commercial law. He has a robust academic background with Master’s degree in Public Law with a specialisation in Public International Law from Hassan II University in Casablanca, where he is currently pursuing a PhD. in Public International Law. He also holds a Master’s degree in Private Law with a specialisation in Business Law, as well as a Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession issued by the Casablanca Bar Associationand a distinguished professional career.
Soufiane has developed extensive expertise in litigation, business law and alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration and mediation. He has collaborated with several renowned law firms, dealing with numerous contentious matters in civil, commercial, administrative and criminal law. He has also provided assistance in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Furthermore, he has played an active role in company formations, the drafting of complex agreements such as franchise agreements and commercial lease contracts, as well as the management of debt recovery actions and the resolution of disputes amongst shareholders.
Soufiane also possesses expertise in corporate law, particularly in conducting legal audits, forming companies, and managing corporate secretarial functions. Additionally, he serves as a corporate trainer, delivering training sessions on topics such as labour law, commercial contracts and public procurement.
