Stefania Skonieczny is the resident partner and head of the corporate & commercial department at the Milan Office.
Stefania gained extensive commercial experience in Europe, USA and the Middle East in various roles including sitting as a non-exec director on the boards of a number of private companies. She has previously managed commercial networks. She has also advised several public institutions and international organisations with their internationalisation strategies.
Since 2007 Stefania has also been a university lecturer.
Stefania advises on a wide range of non-contentious commercial matters for example, acquisitions, disposals, investments, joint ventures, mergers and flotations. She has a comprehensive understanding and insight with regard to the potential complications that a cross-border aspect can bring to transactions and other matters.
Additionally, Stefania advises SMEs on project finance and related issues.
