Fausta Catalano

A Criminal Defence Lawyer enrolled at the Palermo Bar Association in 2011 and Member of the Board of Directors for the Women's Council and Equal Opportunities Committee of the Criminal Chamber G. Bellavista of Palermo.

Fausta has been a member of the Board of Directors of Regional Public Economic Bodies (Ircac, Crias, Irca) and worked as a Lecturer at the Pegaso Telematic University (2nd level Master's degree course in "Law, Economics and Management of infrastructural networks and logistics").

A Speaker at conferences on criminal law and criminal procedure, she graduated in 2008 having presented a thesis in criminal procedural law entitled "The interception of telephone and environmental conversations". Fausta holds a Level I Master's degree from the University of Reggio Calabria in "Economic, Statistical and Legal Disciplines".

She has followed important cases such as mafia and association trials aimed at drug trafficking, extortion, aggravated fraud to the detriment of the European Community, crimes against property and individuals. Before joining Giambrone, Fausta worked until 2017 in a family criminal law firm and then at the Bellavista law firm.

Fausta speaks Italian and English.
