Rubén Jiménez Pinedo

Rubén Jiménez Pinedo is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department at the Madrid office.

 

A member of the Madrid Bar Association, Rubén’s academic background and professional experience allow him to bring a global perspective and distinguished value to the matters in which he is involved. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Valladolid (Spain), where he completed a double degree in Law and Business Administration and Management. During this period, he attended the Faculty of Law of the University Montesquieu IV in Bordeaux (France) as an Erasmus student. He then graduated with distinction in the Double Master’s Degree in Access to Law and Business Legal Advice (LL.M.) at IE Law School in Madrid (Spain). He is currently pursuing a PhD program in Private Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Valladolid (Spain).

 

Prior to joining Giambrone & Partners, Rubén developed his professional experience as a lawyer in the litigation and arbitration department of a leading national law firm in Madrid (Spain) and in a prestigious law firm in Bologna (Italy). In addition, Rubén has experience in the field of business consulting through his internship as a financial services assistant in a leading investment bank and as an accounting assistant in a wholesale trading company. His main area of expertise covers the resolution of highly complex legal disputes in private law matters upon the Spanish civil procedure rules, especially in relation to corporate disputes, contractual liability and non-contractual liability (including private damages claims for infringements of competition law).
