Silvia Salomé

Silvia Salomè is an Associate Lawyer in the Rome office. After graduating in Law, Salomè passed the exam to qualify as a lawyer at the Salerno District Court of Appeal.

Also qualified to teach law and economics in secondary schools, she was the sole president and co-founder of the 'C.I.S. - Centro Italiano Succioni', and is currently a member of the 'Royal Rights and Succession Commission' of the Rome Bar Association, as well as a speaker at numerous courses, conferences and masters courses organised by the Bar Association.

Salomè is an Avvocato Cassazionista (Court of Cassation lawyer), so qualified to practise before all the Superior Jurisdictions, a civil and commercial Arbitrator and a professional Mediator, with specific expertise in succession matters, Estate planning, A.B.F. and A.C.F. procedures, A.D.R. systems and debt collection proceedings.
