Giambrone announces legal action against UT Markets

Giambrone’s Forex Litigation team has received complaints of fraudulent trading by at least 30 investors who want to take action against UT Markets with a combined invested of around $1mil USD.

United Trading Markets claims a UK address but it was never regulated or authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and it is therefore unable to accept UK customers. Its address at 57 Rathbone Place, London, W1T 1JU is a virtual office with no physical staff presence.

As early as November 2015, the FCA issued a warning against UT Markets against this unauthorized investment firm targeting UK investors operating via its website www.utmarkets.com

Below are the details of the unauthorized firm:

  • Name: United Trading Markets
  • Address: 57 Rathbone Place, London, W1T 1JU
  • Phone: +44 24 7718 0000
  • Email: Info@utmarkets.com
  • Website: www.utmarkets.com

In view of the large number of complaints, our lawyers will work in conjunction with the FSC (Financial Supervision Commission) in Bulgaria and the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority to assist them in the fulfilment of their respective regulatory mandates in the areas of investors’ protection and to foster the integrity of the financial markets to reduce systemic risks to the industry as a whole.

Giambrone will continue to fight vigorously for the protection of customers and to ensure the wrongdoers are held accountable.
