Alessandro Tognini

Alessandro Tognini is a Partner in the Corporate, M&A team of our Milan office.

Alessandro attended the University of Milan-Bicocca and graduated in Law in 2008. He then undertook a second level Masters in Debt Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law at the IPSOA Training School. Licensed to practice law in the Italian legal system, Mr. Tognini specialises in Corporate and Commercial law, assisting Italian and multinational companies in relation to complex transactions, distressed contexts, incorporation and management of vehicles/SPVs, drafting of articles of association, shareholders' agreements and investment agreements.

Mr Tognini has also gained considerable experience in alternative investments with a main focus on special situations such as NPLs, bankruptcy arrangements and securitisations. Before joining Giambrone, Alessandro worked with leading Italian and international law firms and was Head of Legal of a major pan-European alternative investment platform.

Italian is his mother tongue and he's fluent in English.
