Brexit Bulletin

The consequences of Brexit continue to affect the commercial, political and legal landscape for the foreseeable future. The implications both for business and for individuals are wide-ranging and predicting the eventual outcome with any great certainty is far from easy.

The new trade agreements that the separation from Europe was intended to create and to boost the UK economy bringing new opportunities.have not always been smooth.  Some existing trade deals with Europe were able to be rolled over.  Britain has sought opportunities in global markets, particularly through the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership ("CPTPP"), enhancing trade ties with Asia-Pacific countries.  Giambrone and Partners intends include countries within the CPTPP in its expansion programme, starting with the opening of our office in Japan.

Giambrone will offer accurate and up-to-date insights shedding light on the possible effects of Brexit with the aim of helping businesses and individuals have a better grasp of the impact and potential of this historical transition.
