Bianca Maria Rigoni

Bianca graduated in Law in 2017 from the University of Padua, discussing a thesis in International Criminal Law and Human Rights.

During her academic career, she spent several months abroad as part of the Erasmus + project, in 2015 at the University College of Dublin and 2017 at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Prior to joining Giambrone & Partners, Bianca practised law at a renowned firm in Padua where she deepened her knowledge in Criminal and Immigration Law, immediately showing a particular interest in the protection of Human Rights.

At Giambrone, Bianca offers assistance and legal support in the field of Immigration Law, with particular focus on applications for international protection (subsidiary protection and refugee status) both in the administrative and judicial phases, issuance or renewal of residence permits of various kinds and applications for Italian citizenship.

Externally she has been the legal advisor to a refugee reception centre in Padua since October 2022. Bianca is a native Italian speaker, and is also fluent in English.
