Enrico Farano graduated in law in 2000 from the University of Salerno.
He has been practising law in his own firm since 2004 and is authorised to practise before the Supreme Court of Cassation since 2016. A criminal lawyer with many years of experience in the field of customs law, with a particular focus on import and export of goods, Enrico handles complex cases and criminal proceedings related to customs violations, offering advice and legal representation before customs authorities and Courts, including cases involving charges of smuggling, customs fraud and violations of import-export regulations.
Enrico has advised domestic and international companies and businesses on compliance with customs regulations, including European regulations, the development of compliance policies and procedures, and dispute resolution. He has also handled court proceedings and negotiated settlements with customs authorities to the full satisfaction of clients. Enrico is familiar with national and international customs, international trade and product compliance regulations, and has excellent verbal and written communication and deadline management skills.
Additionally he has a thorough practical knowledge of court procedures and criminal trial practise.
