Euphy Yu is an associate lawyer of Zhong Wen Law Firm; Shanghai Office, founded in 2001, and headquartered in Beijing. Euphy specialises in commercial and civil litigations, FDI (foreign divest investments), and general corporate law advice.

Since graduation from the University of California (UCLA), Euphy has practiced Chinese law focusing on commercial and civil litigations. She also has extensive experience in corporate law and advises PRC companies on daily operations including corporate governance, human resources, compliance, and other regulatory issues.
