Francesca Paola Fortunato is a trainee lawyer in the civil litigation Department at the Naples office.
She deals with issues related to investments and financial market regulation, as well as international scams and class actions. Francesca graduated in Law, in April 2022, from the "Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II", she argued her thesis in "Iura novit curia principle in international investment arbitration" in international law. During her studies she did researches in Private international law and transnational litigation and International investment law and arbitration.
Furthermore, she is registered with the European Law Student Association (ELSA) through which she was able to participate in intensive courses on negotiation, privacy and data protection. She is a native Italian speaker, fluent in English and she speaks French at a basic level.
