Francesca Paola Fortunato is a trainee lawyer working for the civil litigation Department in the Naples office.

She deals with issues related to investments and financial market regulation, as well as international scams and class actions. Francesca, wrote a thesis in international law entitled "the iura novit curia principle in international investment arbitration", and she is a graduate student at the Federico II University Of Naples. During her studies she did researches in Private international law and transnational litigation and International investment law and arbitration.

Furthermore, she is registered with the European Law Student Association (ELSA) through which she was able to participate in intensive courses on negotiation, privacy and data protection. She is a native Italian speaker, fluent in English and she speaks French at a basic level.
