Emma Serrano Parramon

Emma Serrano Parramon is a Legal Executive in the Barcelona Office Emma graduated in Law from Pompeu Fabra University in June 2022. She continued her studies by doing the Master of Access to the Legal Profession at UPF-Barcelona School of Management.

During her studies, she took the Law and Disruptive Technologies course related to blockchain, crypto assets and smart contracts. In addition, she followed the itinerary of International Law and did her Final Degree Project on the applicability of the Vienna Convention to the international sale of goods. In her final year, Emma undertook a period of study at the Università Roma Tre.

Her main areas of work at Giambrone are Cryptocurrencies Scams Litigation and Forex Alternative Dispute Resolution.

She is a native speaker of Catalan and Spanish, and also speaks English and Italian fluently.
