George Lake

George Lake, is Of Counsel, in the London office.

George is an attorney-at-law in the United States. He obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California and studied at Tilburg University where he received a Master’s Degree in International Business Law.

George specialises in immigration to and from the United States, both for individuals travelling for personal reasons and for companies wishing to start up a business or bring overseas expertise into their workforce.

He has practiced US immigration law from several countries around the world and has developed extensive experience with the US embassies and consulates across Europe.

He specialises in business immigration and has vast experience with E-2 Treaty Investor visas, L-1 Intracompany Transfer visas, O-1 visas for those with extraordinary ability and employment-based Green Cards. Further, George has particular expertise in helping clients overcome criminal issues and immigration violations

George enjoys helping people of all cultures and nationalities traverse the US immigration system and is happy to discuss and assist with all US immigration-related issues. George has a reputation for successfully assisting clients in cases where they believe that their problematic history may create a setback.
