Giovanni Patti is the Resident Partner of Giambrone & Partners Catania office.
Giovanni is the head of the Internationalisation Department of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and manages the Catania office playing the role of coordinator of the Firm's activities and linking the strategies and objectives set; he also oversees all the work carried out in the Catania office and maintains direct contact with the Clients.
Giovanni graduated in Law at the University of Catania, immediately after he moved to Rome where he obtained the Master in: International business lawyer at S.I.O.I. (Società Italiana per l’Organizzazione Internazionale). Since 2006 he has been a lawyer and member of the Catania Bar Association. Later, he successfully completed the Master of Laws (LL.M.) in American Law and International Legal Practice at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
Giovanni became a Partner of Giambrone & Partners International Law Firm in 2021. Previously, he gained important professional experience in other prestigious Law Firms and in a stock exchange listed Company.
His main areas of expertise are: Hotel and Hospitality Industry, Corporate law and Contract law. In addition, given his extensive experience in corporate consulting, he is the legal referent of Confesercenti Catania Metropolitan Area appointed for the internationalisation of their associated SMEs.
