Luca is an Associate in our Naples office.

Qualified to practice as a lawyer in 2017 and enrolled in the Salerno Bar, his areas of interest are civil law, banking law and corporate law.

In particular, he has acquired in-depth skills in the fields of civil liability, debt collection, real estate, rights in rem, enforcement, compound interest and bank usury, commercial contracts, partnerships, corporations and their affairs.

In addition to ensuring the representation and defense of the client in the context of civil disputes, it carries out extrajudicial and consultancy activities by drafting opinions and contracts.
