Attorney Matteo Cicero is a Partner at the Shanghai office of the international law firm Giambrone & Partners.
Matteo graduated in Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 2013. He then pursued a master’s degree in "Diplomacy" at the Institute for International Political Studies in Milan.
Before relocating to Shanghai in 2016, Matteo gained professional experience as a consultant in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) department of KPMG and as an in-house lawyer at Société Générale CIB. After moving to China, he specialized in advising on inbound and outbound investments to and from China, as well as business immigration and investment immigration.
Matteo is fluent in Italian, English, Spanish, French, and Mandarin Chinese.
