Matteo Cicero attended the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, graduating in Law in 2013. Afterwards, he continued his studies by attending a master's degree in 'Diplomacy' at the Institute for International Policy Studies in Milan.
Before moving to Shanghai in 2016, Cicero accumulated work experience as a consultant in KPMG's M&A department and as an in-house lawyer at Société Générale CIB. After moving to China, he specialised in advising on inbound and outbound investments to and from China, as well as business immigration and investment immigration.
Cicero is able to communicate fluently in Italian, English, Spanish, French and Mandarin Chinese.
