Marc Fernández Sánchez holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona, where he completed his final thesis on Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 concerning markets in crypto-assets (MiCA), focusing on the legal analysis of emerging regulatory and technological challenges facing the European financial sector.
He is currently furthering his academic training by undertaking a dual Master’s degree in Legal Practice and Court Representation, as well as a Master’s in Economic Criminal Law and Compliance at Pompeu Fabra University. His specialisation allows him to provide comprehensive and up-to-date advice on matters of white-collar crime, regulatory compliance, and digital asset regulation, offering a rigorous and multidisciplinary approach to each case.
Marc is fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English, and has intermediate knowledge of French, enabling him to assist clients effectively in culturally diverse and cross-border legal contexts.
