Marc Fernández is a lawyer registered with the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB). He holds a law degree from the University of Barcelona (UB) and completed a dual master’s programme qualifying graduates for the legal and court representation professions, with a specialisation in economic criminal law and compliance at Pompeu Fabra University (UPF).
His academic background enables him to provide informed advice on economic criminal law, regulatory compliance and digital asset regulation, bringing a rigorous, multidisciplinary approach to each matter.
