Marc Fernández holds a Law Degree from the University of Barcelona and has completed a Double Master’s Degree in Legal Practice and Lawyering, together with a specialisation in Economic Criminal Law and Compliance, at Pompeu Fabra University (UPF). He is currently awaiting the Bar admission examination.
This strong academic background enables him to provide comprehensive and up-to-date legal advice in economic criminal law, regulatory compliance and digital asset regulation, bringing a rigorous and multidisciplinary approach to each case.
