Mariangela Giambrone is a Senior Client Services Executive for Italy at the Palermo office.

Mariangela joined Giambrone Law in October 2008, and is situated in the Palermo office working closely with Italian and English lawyers, and the many English speaking clients which belong to Giambrone International Law Firm. Mariangela who is fluent in both Italian and English attained a degree in Interpreting and Translation the highest award available.
 
Mariangela has over 7 years legal translation and paralegal work experience within an International Law firm including a stint at the BBC. Mariangela is now assisting Italian lawyers at Giambrone Law while learning the fundamentals of Italian law, as well as advising English clients with regard to cross-border disputes. She is gaining experience within Italian and English legal systems through direct exposure, and has also been the main point of contact for the translation of highly complex legal documents which is also an in-house service that the law firm she works at provides. She manages a team of translators and is responsible for the final review of all legal documents submitted. She is also qualified to swear documents in at Court.
 
She is also responsible for the implementation of Giambrone Law’s linguistic regime as regards preparation and adoption of legal acts and instruments in the United Kingdom, as well as for reviewing these texts for legal, linguistic and terminological consistency and for maintaining the firm’s internal legal terminology database.
 
She is friendly and easy to approach while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times, with immaculate presentation. Her ability to manage a large workload with court imposed deadlines attached, along with her understanding of the various legal systems means she is an indispensable asset to any internationally focused law firm.

 

The Client Service Team

The client service team is central to the firm's commitment to the better management of the client relationship.

Team members work alongside the client partners to ensure the firm's clients receive a tailored legal service to their own particular requirements and priorities. As independent senior lawyers they conduct regular reviews of our service delivery agreements against agreed performance indicators and, by working with the clients directly, they can channel the feedback back into the business: continuing the development of best practices and developing deeper client relationships and service.
