Miguel Rojo Polo

Miguel Rojo is a Senior Associate based in the Madrid office.
 
Miguel is an Abogado registered in the Ilustre Colegio de Abogado of Madrid (ICAM) since 2014 after studying at the Complutense University of Madrid.

He has extensive experience in the administration and advice of foreign companies established in Spain as well as national companies with their centre of interest abroad. He is the author of articles on commercial and corporate law in Spanish-Italian and international relations. He specialises in international commercial and real estate law providing interested parties with general corporate advice by assessing risk and proposing solutions adapted to each need, and acting in proceedings before all state jurisdictions at any level, arbitration, criminal, civil, commercial and administrative matters.

He is also a speaker at the Association of Spanish Entrepreneurs Madrid Foro Empresarial and the Association of Italian Entrepreneurs Confindustria di Vicenza.
