Paola Vitali

Paola Vitali is a Senior Partner at “Giambrone & Partners s.l.p.”, based in Spain.

A lawyer registered with the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB), whilst Paola is Italian she has resided in Spain since 1997 when she first qualified as a Spanish lawyer. Paola is also an international mediator and an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Barcelona (TACCIB).

Prior to joining Giambrone & Partners International Law Firm, Paola practised law in Italy, as an associate at a prestigious law firm, going on to head the Italian Desk in a significant Spanish law firm in Barcelona. In the academic field, she was a lecturer at the Interstudio Institute of Latina, where she taught Commercial Law and Corporate Law.

Paola has completed a number of Master's degrees and specialised courses in International and European Law, International Business Law, Commercial Law, and Mediation. She specialises in complex corporate and commercial law, civil law, civil procedure, insolvency procedures, debt restructuring, international contracts, company formation, corporate transactions, acquisitions, mergers, and demergers and is highly regarded for her extensive commercial expertise.

Widely recognised for her involvement in numerous cross-border commercial and civil law matters, Paola having participated in numerous operations and transactions, provides advice to a wide range of clients, both individuals, businesses and legal entities.

Paolo’s many years’ experience in civil and corporate law has consequently resulted in her playing a significant role in often complicated cross-border transactions and cases in both areas of law where her far-reaching experience is sought. Paola represents businesses as well as individuals, both Italian and Spanish, in corporate and civil litigation involving both countries.

Her experience includes a range of cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, the opening of branches, and the establishment of companies in Spain and other foreign countries. Also, her expertise includes involvement in cases of separation and divorce with a cross-border profile.

Since 2022, Paola has been registered as an Established Lawyer with the Milan Bar Association (Italy). She is the author and co-author of articles published in specialist journals and publications such as Diariojuridico.com, the Mediation Magazine, and ICAB Library.
