Silvio Motta graduated from the University of Catania in 1996. After graduating, he continued his studies focusing on civil, corporate and commercial law. I

In 2000, he obtained his PhD in Private Economic Law at the University of Catania, where he completed a thesis on "The abusive exercise of the right of withdrawal of the contract of opening of credit".

Qualified to practice law since 2001, in 2005 he started working with the law firm Scuderi & Motta in Catania, before founding in 2014, with professionals of great prestige, the law firm BSM, also based in Catania.

Silvio intervenes in important litigation in civil and commercial matters, and in the interest of his clients maintains open channels of dialogue with the counterparts that allow shared solutions between the litigants.

He has 20 years of experience in the management of corporate relations, terminations and withdrawals, as well as in the various stages of the development cycle of companies. He advises on real estate law, particularly in the development of negotiations, and the conclusion of preliminary and definitive contracts.

Silvio is a former member of the Commission of Administrative Law Studies, organized by the Catania Bar Council, and the author of books and publications on civil and administrative law. Overall he's focused his studies on the evolution and integration between economy and law.
