Tiago Santos

Tiago Santos is an Executive Assistant based in the Porto office.

Born and bred near Porto, proceeded to study Tourism in ISCET ( Portuguese Institute of Business and Tourism) located in the city of Porto as well. After earning his degree, moved to Barcelona (Spain) to work in a major Hotel Chain where he was able to achieve a B1 in the Spanish language, and later returned to Porto to continue with his professional career as a Tour Guide (Portuguese/English and Spanish).

Most recently, worked as a customer support agent (English/Spanish) in one of the most well known travelling platforms. Tiago is hoping to pursue studies in Tourism European law and to make a positive impact in Giambrone’s very first office in Portugal with his customer oriented skills.
