Yaquelin Gainza Herrera

Graduated in Law from the University of Havana in 2003, she undertook relevant studies for the homologation of this degree at the University of Barcelona, completing them in 2013.

In Cuba, after graduation, she worked as a lawyer in the legal department of the foreign trade company Cubalse. In Spain she is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and since 2014 she has been working as a lawyer specialising in immigration law and Spanish nationality, criminal law and labour law. She also works as a public defender in criminal matters in the judicial districts of Granollers and Mollet del Vallés.

Currently, in addition to working as a freelance lawyer, she collaborates with several law firms, mainly in immigration law and Spanish nationality, such as Giambrone & Partners SLP.
